$20,000 Worth of Jersey Barriers Stolen in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to the southeast corner of 56th Street and Niagara Falls Boulevard around 1:15pm on June 5th after reports that over $20,000 worth of jersey barriers were stolen.

Upon arrival, police spoke with a National Grid Regional Security Manager who stated National Grid had 20 jersey barriers set up in the lot to prevent access. At some point between February 1st, 2024 and June 5th, 2024, the barriers were removed.

 

No further information is available.

What a poor excuse for officials of National Grid, that it took all off this time to discover that all of these huge concrete barriers were stolen. I'll bet tat the "Serial Numbers?" were erased.
