One lucky lottery player in Niagara Falls is holding a ticket worth $50,000 after Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, according to the New York Lottery.
The third-prize ticket was purchased at the 7-Eleven store located at 402 Niagara Street. While the winner has yet to come forward, the ticket matched four of the five white ball numbers and the red Powerball.
The winning numbers were drawn during the Powerball’s regularly scheduled broadcast at 10:59pm on Saturday.
Drawings take place three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday nights.
Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
