Anthony Primerano of Niagara Falls Arrested for Criminal Impersonation

Niagara Falls Police were on routine patrol around 4:30pm on November 14th on the 2000 block of Walnut Avenue when they observed a maroon Chevrolet Malibu traveling westbound. Officers ran the vehicle through Ejustice and it showed an expired inspection as of 9/30/2024.

Officers performed a traffic stop at 16th and Walnut Avenue. The driver informed officers his name was Dominic Primerano. However, this was a lie as he was later identified as Anthony Primerano.

Primerano continued to change his date of birth and name to impersonate another person due to his knowledge of there being two active warrants out of the City of Niagara Falls.

Dispatch advised that there were two active bench warrants.

Primerano admitted to lying about his name and date of birth with intent to conceal his identity. He was placed under arrest and put in the rear of a patrol vehicle.

Primerano was written three uniform traffic tickets in addition to being charged with criminal impersonation 2nd. He was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing.

No further information is available at this time.
