AUDIO: 911 Caller Reports Gun to Head, Another Threatened With Sickle Knife in Niagara Falls

Law enforcement received a call in the afternoon hours of October 31st after reports of menacing with a weapon on the 8200 block of Buffalo Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller stated that Dwayne Steele is outside of his door with a "long knife" that "looks like a sickle," which is a long, curved blade. The 911 caller stated that Steele was threatening to harm him.
However, Steele also called 911, stating that the original caller, last name Finland, pointed a gun at his head.
Neither parties are locals and Steele showed that there was a warrant out of Florida for his arrest. However, there was no extradition order.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if either party was arrested.
No further information is available at this time.
