Law enforcement received a call around 7:50am on November 10th after reports of a robbery and assault at 7-Eleven on the 2800 block of Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller stated that a black male stole several items before punching the employee in the face. The suspect then fled towards Hyde Park Boulevard.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the suspect was apprehended.
