Law enforcement received a call around 8:10am on November 10th after reports of a medical emergency at McDonald's on Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller stated that they found a person on the ground not breathing or showing any signs of life.
Police and emergency medical responded to the scene. There was no confirmation on the police audio that the individual was deceased.
