AUDIO: 911 Caller Says Improvised Explosive Devise Detonated Near Residential Area

Police audio captured a statement from a male on November 14th around 12:20pm discussing an explosion that happened the previous day.

According to the caller, he said that there was an IED set off a block over from where he works and that the police department wanted to get into their cameras.
