AUDIO: Male Begs Police for Mental Health Help After Being Turned Away from Niagara Falls Hospital

Law enforcement received a call in the afternoon hours of November 2nd reporting a mental health crisis.
The 911 caller told police that he was turned away from Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and went back home. He asked police for mental health help, stating that he is "aggressive" and a "danger to everyone."
He did have a knife, but agreed to leave it at home. He was waiting for police at 19th and Pine Avenue.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown what mental health treatmenet he received and where, if any at all.
