Law enforcement received a call in the early morning hours of October 22nd after reports of a domestic dispute at the Walgreens parking lot on Pine Avenue.
The 911 caller stated that they witnessed the male dragging a female - who was fighting to get away from him - back to his vehicle. It is unknown if the female sustained any injuries.
Police responded to the scene.
