Law enforcement received a call around 8:15pm on November 18th after reports of harassment on the 1000 block of 13th Street in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller stated that her upstairs neighbor threw bleach all over her. The extent of the caller's injuries, if any, are unknown.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the tenant in the upper apartment was arrested.
