Black Shoplifter Assaults Dollar Tree Employees and Threatens to Blow their Heads Off in Niagara Falls

Law enforcement received a call around 3:45pm on November 29th after reports of a violent shoplifting incident at Dollar Tree on Portage Road in Niagara Falls.

The 911 caller stated that a black male about 6' tall was screaming at staff and assaulted them as he was stealing things. He was wearing khaki pants. The extent of any injuries sustained by Dollar Tree employees is unknown.

The employee also said that they had the suspect's phone after he dropped it in the store.

At one point the suspect returned to the store threatening to come back with a gun [to blow their heads off].

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the suspect was apprehended.
