At approximately 1:54 pm on Sunday March 31, 2024, Niagara Falls Police responded to a report of a possible domestic violence disturbance at a location in the 2400 block of Orleans Avenue.
Upon arrival, patrol officers located an unresponsive female on the floor, who was later pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim’s name is not being released at this time.
A short time later, detectives located and charged Keith William Hill, 32-year-old male from Buffalo, New York with 2nd degree murder. Hill was also charged with criminal contempt 2nd from a previous incident. He was arraigned in City of Niagara Falls Criminal Court today and was remanded to the Niagara County Jail. His next court appearance is set for April 4th at 2:30pm.
