Busted Windows and Spray Paint: A Vandal's Message to a Cheater in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1700 block of 18th Street around 3:00pm on Sunday, April 28th after a reported criminal mischief involving busted windows, spray paint, and a message to an alleged "cheater."

Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated that he came out of his residence to find his 2008 Mercedes Benz damaged. Officers did observe the vehicle to have spider-like cracks in all of the windows (3-4 times), the sunroof was smashed, all headlights and taillights were smashed, and the word “cheater” was spray painted on the driver’s side of the vehicle.

 

The complainant stated that he has a “few females in mind” that could have done this, but he is not sure who exactly it was. Estimated damages are $6,000.00.
