Law enforcement received a call around 9am on January 5th after reports of an assault on Hyde Park Boulevard.
The 911 caller - a third party - stated that Robert McClain punched a woman in the face. He is a cab driver who would not drive away due to the argument, which was taking place outside.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male was arrested.
