Niagara Falls Police responded to a 911 hangup call on the 1300 block of Pierce Avenue around 1pm on May 6th that was later determined to be a criminal mischief.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that a male and female came to his residence and began banging on the door, throwing large sticks at his door, and then smashed the front door window with a hammer.
While doing this, the victim stated both parties were accusing him of having their mother’s credit card. He told police that at no time has their mother’s credit card been in his possession.
The victim said that he does not know what their names are, other than a street name that the male suspect goes by. He does know their mother as a mutual friend.
The mother and her kids will often squat on the property located in the rear of their residence. Officers attempted to make contact with anyone there with negative results.
The value of the damaged window is estimated to be $200.
No further information is available at this time.
