Complainant Says $2,700 Worth of Items Stolen from Car Along with Food Stamp Card

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 3700 block of McKoon Avenue around 7:00am on June 4th after complainant report that $2,700 worth of property was stolen from a vehicle in the middle of the night.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated that an unknown suspect went into his unlocked 2018 Dodge Journey in the middle of the night and took the following items: a silver/rose gold watch ($750), a gold charm to a necklace ($1,150), two pairs of Apple Pro air pods ($200 each) and a food stamp card. The total value of all items allegedly stolen is $2,700.

Officers did not see any signs of forced entry or physical evidence at the scene but made contact with a neighbor across the street with a Ring doorbell. However, the camera did not pick anyone up throughout the night.

Law enforcement processed the scene. There are no known suspects. No further information is available.
