Dine and Dash with a Getaway Uber? Niagara Falls Denny's Wants Their Money

Niagara Falls Police responded to Denny’s on Niagara Falls Boulevard around 5:30pm on Thursday, April 25th after reports of a dine and dash by four females.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the manager who stated that four black females ran off without paying their food bill of $63.80. The females attempted to get into an Uber driven by a male operator, but he kicked them out of the vehicle after seeing a Denny’s employee chasing after them.

The Uber driver was able to provide the store manager with the first name and drop-off locations for two of the females. No further information is available at this time and no arrests were made.
