Niagara Falls Police responded to the 700 block of 19th Street around 6:30pm on January 24th after reports of an unwanted party.
Upon walking into the residence, there were several young parties screaming, “he needs to leave.” The juveniles were pointing at a black male in a New York Knicks jersey, stating that he was intoxicated and did not live at the residence. When officers asked the intoxicated male what was going on he replied, “suck my di-k.”
Officers could smell a heavy odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. He was escorted out of the residence since he did not live there and was causing multiple parties in the home to become agitated.
When the male walked out of the house, he walked right into the middle of the street and continued to scream words such as “f-ck” and “pu-sy” towards officers. He kept enticing officers to fight him and was pacing back and forth throughout the street as if he was getting ready to box.
The male would not listen to officers’ lawful requests for him to exit the roadway and stop causing a public disturbance. He did not listen and continued his behavior.
He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters for booking and processing. He was released on an appearance ticket. No further information is available at this time.
