Gunshot Victim in Critical Condition After Niagara Falls Shooting

At approximately 9:30pm on Sunday, March 3rd, Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1100 block of 19th when they heard shots being fired as they were investigating an unrelated call a few blocks away. 

Niagara Falls officers arrived within seconds of the reported shooting and found a 31-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his upper body.  The male was immediately placed into a private vehicle by bystanders and driven to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  The victim was eventually transferred to ECMC where he is currently listed in critical condition.  The investigation is ongoing.
