Niagara County Sheriff Michael Filicetti announced the arrest of a Lockport man following a late-night traffic stop that led to a felony Leandra’s Law arrest.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Jonathan T. During the stop, officers detected signs of intoxication from Reid. A 9-year-old child was found inside the vehicle at the time of the stop.
Reid was taken into custody and transported to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office where he submitted to a chemical breath test. The test indicated a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of 0.12%.
