Brittany Williams, the former longtime girlfriend of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, took to Instagram with her first public post since Allen’s recent marriage to actress Hailee Steinfeld.

On Monday, June 2nd, Williams shared a photo carousel from New York City showing her confidently enjoying a day in the city. Wearing a strapless maroon mini-dress paired with dark sunglasses and a chic handbag, she posed with a slice of New York-style pizza and a coffee in hand. Her caption read, “I like this little life 💕,” hinting at her contentment, and also a subtle jab at the NFL MVP.

Williams and Allen had a years-long relationship that began in 2015 and ended in 2023. Not long after their split, Allen started seeing Steinfeld whose romance became public in May 2023. The two were engaged in November 2024 with Allen proposing in a heartfelt moment he later detailed in Steinfeld’s newsletter, Beau Society.

After Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld announced their engagement on Friday, Williams deleted a comment she made in response to a user questioning whether she had found her "next athlete." She wrote, "Luckily my boyfriend owns a team and doesn't have to play for one. Don't have to be with another brain dead CTE athlete."

The comment led to swift backlash and was deleted.

Williams posted a story shortly thereafter claiming her account had been hacked.

"My accounts have been hacked several times tonight. Trying to get it resolved. If anyone has any tips please [let me know]," she wrote.

But back to Allen, his proposal, according to his account, included a simple, sincere ask to start a family and a future together — a moment that left Steinfeld surprised and elated.

“I said, ‘I couldn’t wait any longer.’ I said, ‘I can’t wait to start a family with you,’” he recalled. “I said your full name, and I asked you very nicely. I said please.”

On Saturday, May 31st, Allen and Steinfeld officially tied the knot in California. The bride wore a strapless white gown with classic opera gloves and a long veil.

Earlier in February, Allen honored Steinfeld during the 2025 NFL Honors ceremony while accepting the MVP award. In his speech, he called her his “rock” and “best friend."
