Male Carrying a Gun Threatens to Kill Store Employee in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2000 block of Pine Avenue around 9:00pm on May 21st after reports of a male with a gun threatening to kill an employee.



Upon arrival, police spoke to an employee at the business who stated a male who had threatened him before came in again around 6:00pm and made threatening statements.


Specifically, the male stated he was going to come to the store at 9:00am tomorrow and kill him. The employee was especially alarmed by his threats because he was carrying a gun on his waistband.


The employee stated he does not know why the male is threatening him. However, the male does come into the store “every day.”


The suspect is known to law enforcement. There is no further information at this time.
