Niagara Falls Police responded to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, after reports that a male had presented with an alleged gunshot wound to the head.
Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who had blood on his face and head. As nurses were directing where to put him, the complainant told police that he was shot in the head. Police did observe a gunshot wound to the left side of his head.
The complainant detailed that he got into a physical fight with four people and one of them pulled out a gun and shot him.
