Male Upset Over Insurance Issue Threatens Niagara Falls Employee

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2300 block of Pine Avenue (Access Physical Therapy) around 11:30am on Tuesday, April 23rd after reports of threats made to an employee.

Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who stated she received a phone call from a male individual who became irate regarding his insurance issues. The employee stated the male used obscene and deeply inappropriate language toward her. Most alarming was his threat of coming to the business to “get in her face.”

Police are aware of the identity of the male and a request to have him trespassed was made by the business.
