Man Arrested for Sexual Assault of 13-year-old After 'Smoking A Blunt' With Her

A 23-year-old Buffalo man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault involving a 13-year-old minor, according to the Buffalo Police Department. The arrest was made on Saturday after the incident occurred earlier that day.

The suspect, identified as Hassan Khokar, is accused of engaging in sexual contact with the 13-year-old girl after smoking marijuana with her. The incident took place at the Mariner Towers and it was reported to the Central District officers around 4pm.

Following the report, law enforcement swiftly responded to the scene and took Khokar into custody. He has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual act, second-degree sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of a child. It is unknown at this time how Khokar came into contact with the 13-year-old.
