Man Beaten and Dragged in Assault at Niagara Falls Community Mission

Niagara Falls Police responded to the Community Mission on the 1500 block of Buffalo Avenue around 9:00pm on Monday, March 18th after a reported assault. Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who stated he was brutally beaten.

“A black male with a blue shirt, jeans and dress shoes said to me why the fuc* you looking at me bro? I then said back to him I am not looking at you. Then the male proceeded to kick me in the face and punch me numerous times. He then dragged me to the ground and [was] punching me.”

 

Law enforcement was able to apprehend the male described by the complainant who was positively identified. He was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters.
