Man Pulls Knife on Woman Who Rejects Him at Niagara Falls Bar

Niagara Falls Police responded to Kelly’s Corner on the 500 block of Cayuga Drive around 11pm on May 5th after reports of a subject with a knife.

Upon arrival, officers already on site had a male detained that matched the description given by dispatch. Officers spoke to the victim who stated she was inside Kelly’s Corner when the male was walking around with an opened pocketknife in his hand.

The male kept following the female and sitting next to her after she told him to leave her alone, and to leave the bar, multiple times. She had never met the man prior to today’s date and was in fear for her life.

The male was taken into custody and placed in the rear of a patrol vehicle. He was transported to police headquarters for booking and processing.
