Man Threatens to Shoot Clerk at Niagara Falls 7-Eleven

POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 2:40pm on May 13th after reports of an armed robbery at 7-Eleven on the 2000 block of Pine Avenue in Niagara Falls.

The 911 caller and female victim told police that a male was arguing with employees in the store and told her that he was going to “pull a gun out and shoot her.” He then left and said he would “be back. She told police that his first name was Will.

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male suspect was located and arrested. However, police were able to identify the suspect as Will Smith. No further information is available at this time.
