POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 12:01pm on May 5th after reports of a drug-related disturbance on the 1000 block of Oliver Street.

The 911 caller advised police that his brother, who lives below him, went outside naked and tried attacking his dog. He then went back inside his apartment. The caller reported a history of cocaine and alcohol use, telling police that he currently observed his brother to have “huge” eyes and be heavily drooling.

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male suspect was arrested or if the dog he attempted to attack sustained any injuries. No further information is available at this time. These are merely allegations and should not be taken as fact. LISTEN TO POLICE AUDIO HERE:
