New York State Police reported an arrest for driving while intoxicated that occurred on Thursday, December 11th, in Lewiston involving a Niagara Falls School teacher. Victoria Waugaman, 28-years-old, was arrested around 11pm after colliding with an unoccupied vehicle on Center Street. The impact caused significant damage to the vehicle.
