Female Buffalo Police Captain Suspended After Meeting with Officer who Killed Wife in Niagara County
Buffalo Police officials have suspended a department captain who met in person with Officer Lance Woods hours before he was arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of his wife in Sanborn.
