Niagara Falls Chaos: ATVs, Choke Holds, Genital Grabbing Lead to Arrests

Niagara Falls Police were searching for juveniles on ATVs when they were flagged down on the 5600 block of Frontier Avenue by a bystander reporting threats made by the original complainant for the ATVs (the original 911 caller).

Officers relocated and went to speak with the original ATV complainant who was on his porch along with his wife and mother. Law enforcement was unable to communicate effectively with the parties due to their loud, obnoxious and aggressive yelling.

 Officers were about to clear the scene with the complainant grabbed his ultimate fighting championship mixed martial arts gloves and threatened to fight. The complainant then put an officer in a rear naked choke. Another officer approached the porch to place the complainant under arrest when his wife, in an attempt to obstruct his path, pushed and punched him in the face.

Both the complainant and his wife were placed under arrest. However, while doing so the wife grabbed the officer’s genitals aggressively and would not let go.
