Niagara Falls Resident Threatens to Shoot Postal Carrier with Firearm in Street

POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 4:25pm on May 14th after reports of menacing on the 2700 block of 21st Street in Niagara Falls.

The 911 caller, who is a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier, told police that a resident “has his address” and “verbally threatened to shoot him and another mail carrier because he didn’t like the answer to a question [that he had].” No weapon was ever displayed and the mail carrier was waiting down the street for police to arrive.

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male suspect was arrested. No further information is available at this time.
