Niagara Falls Woman Arrested for Endangering Welfare of Child at Former North Tonawanda Daycare

On September 17th, 2024, 20-year-old Savanna E. Huntington, of Niagara Falls, New York was arrested and charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a criminal investigation into Sweet Angels Day Care & Preschool.


The establishment was formerly located at 1307 Erie Avenue and closed shortly after the initial investigation began. The investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Niagara County District Attorney's Office, Niagara County Child Protective Services, New York Office of Children and Family Services and the Niagara County Child Advocacy Center.



Huntington was arraigned in North Tonawanda City Court and released with a future court date. Endangering the welfare of a child is a B-misdemeanor punishable by up to three months in jail.
