North Tonawanda Man Threatens to Beat Neighbors with Golf Club Over Fireworks

POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 11:42pm on July 4th after reports of menacing with a weapon on the 100 block of Oakwood Terrace in North Tonawanda.

The 911 caller told police that he was upset about fireworks being blown off (on the 4th of July) and was threatening to beat his neighbor with gold clubs. The caller wasn’t specific with police about whether he was using a driver or irons to threaten the neighbors.

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the caller was arrested for threatening to assault his neighbors. No further information is available at this time.
