Not a Fun Day for Motorbike Operator Caught by Police in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls Police responded to 500 block of 62nd Street around 2:30pm on June 22nd after reports of a motorbike/ATV/dirtbike complaint.

Upon arrival, officers were told that a male had been operating a yellow dirt bike on public roadways and in a park when there was an active community event. The yellow dirtbike was found to be a 2013 Suzuki motorbike with no registration, no insurance, no NYS Inspection, no rear license plate, no front or rear lights (headlamp, tail lamp, stop lamps), no horn, and have multiple other NYS Vehicle and Traffic violations.

At this point, a tow was requested and the bike was seized. The male was issued six vehicle and traffic violations as a result of the incident. No further information is available.
