One-eyed Woman Punched Female Neighbor in the Face During Argument

Niagara Falls Police responded 1900 block of Niagara Street around 5:30pm on June 2nd after reports of a neighbor dispute where a female was punched in the face during the argument.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated she was in a verbal argument with her neighbor. She told officers she did not know the name of the neighboring tenant but did advise what apartment number she lived in. The neighbor was described as a mixed-race female with only one eye.

The complainant said that the argument became physical and her one-eyed neighbor punched her in the face. The neighbor then left on her bicycle.

Officers observed a laceration to the complainant’s nose. No further information is available at this time.
