POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 3:14pm on May 7th after reports of an assault at the Target plaza on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller and victim advised police that a panhandler punched him in the face after he refused to give him money. He sustained minor injuries. Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male suspect was arrested.
