Karlie is described as approximately 4 feet tall and weighing 57 pounds. Authorities suspect that the children are with their mother, Destiny Goodwin, who is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has a distinctive tattoo on her forehead and sports pink and white hair.

The Buffalo Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Karlie, Raymond, or Destiny to call 911 immediately.
