Police Seeks Public's Assistance in Locating Missing At-risk Teenager

The Buffalo Police Department is reaching out to the public for help in locating missing teenager Rayhanna Simmons. Simmons, 16-years-old, was last seen leaving South Park High School and her current whereabouts are unknown.

Simmons is described as a 5'4" teenager weighing approximately 120 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair styled in dreadlocks.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a green and pink floral shirt, green pants, and gray sneakers.
