Shirtless 'Candy Man' Steals Boxes of Chocolate from Niagara Falls Gas Station

Niagara Falls Police responded to the Sunoco gas station on the 2200 block of Hyde Park Blvd. around 10pm on July 23rd after reports of a larceny.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to an employee who stated that around 8:50pm, an unknown black male entered his story and began picking up merchandise and placing it at the checkout counter.
The unknown male then proceeded to grab a box of Reese’s and Butterfinger candy bars and exited the store.
The suspect did not pay for the merchandise, which is valued at $130.
The employee showed officers video footage of the incident.
Officers observed an unknown black male wearing jean shorts, no shirt and a multi-colored bucket hat walk into the store and begin placing merchandise on the counter.
He then turns around and grabs two boxes of candy, then walks out of the store.
A search of the area yielded negative results. The identify of the suspect is unknown.
