Suspect Takes All Food from Refrigerator and Threatens Woman with Gun in Niagara County

Law enforcement received a call around 5:20pm on March 17th after reports of a domestic disturbance on the 200 block of Ash Street in Lockport involving a firearm.

The 911 caller said that a male on location took all food out of the fridge without permission and threatened his girlfriend with a firearm earlier that morning. Dispatch advised that they were called to the same location earlier that day and the information given to officers now was not given then.

At the time of the call, the male suspect was still on location.

Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the male was taken into custody.
