Suspects Load over $3,000 of Stolen of Items from Apartment Into Uhaul Van and Flee

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1300 block of Pine Avenue around 5:30pm on May 31st after reports of a burglary.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim who claimed several individuals broke into his apartment and stole over $3,000 worth of stereo equipment, two air compressors and two sets of car rims.
The victim further stated that the individuals were let into the house that morning around 8:15am by a man who resides in the same building. The group then allegedly took all of the items, put them into a Uhaul box van, and drove off.
Officers believed that the victim was not “giving the full story as to how he knows all of the individuals” he claimed stole said items. While inside the residence, officers recognized several parties who have been suspected of shoplifting at various stores throughout the city.
No further information is available at this time. No arrests were made.
