Niagara Falls Police responded to Packard Court on Tuesday, February 20th after a reported theft of services.

Taxi Driver Chauffeurs Male Selling Stolen Clothes, Complains After He Doesn't Pay Niagara Falls Police Department

According to reports, the complainant was driving for a taxi/ride sharing company when he picked up an individual. He drove this individual around to sell clothing he had with him. According to the complainant, he "stole the items," but would not elaborate to police how he knew this.


At the end of the fare, the individual stated he had no money but would run into his apartment to grab some. He never left the apartment.


The taxi driver chauffeuring the man selling stolen clothes lost a total of $63.
