Niagara Falls Police responded to the 7-Eleven on the 1500 block of Pine Avenue around 6:30am on May 23rd after reports of a thief stealing 15 packs of cigarettes from behind the counter.
Upon arrival, police spoke to an employee who stated a black male came into the store, went behind the counter, grabbed more than a dozen packs of cigarettes off the rack and left. The total cost of the 15 packs stolen are approximately $200.00.
The identity of this male is known to law enforcement. No further information is available.

If there aren't going to be REAL consequences for stealing like this, like there always used to be, then more and more businesses will go out of business because it's too dangerous and they can't take losses like that. These light on crime laws are destroying society
