
Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1900 block of Niagara Street around 12:30am on July 12th after three juveniles jump an old man.
Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who stated he was walking east on Niagara Street to go to Village Gate when three young males approached him and became aggressive. Unprovoked, the three young males started to punch and kick him repeatedly while shouting profanities. The three males then fled after the complainant was sufficiently beaten and laying motionless on the ground.
The suspects were described as two white males and one black male who "looked young." Officers did observe a laceration on his face and the complainant received medical treatment from AMR.
Officers spoke with a witness who corroborated the complainant’s account, including that the three juveniles attacked him unprovoked.
Officers did a search of the area with negative results. No further information is available.
