Niagara Falls Police responded to the 1100 block of Haeberle Avenue around 6:00am on July 7th after reports of a home invasion where three occupants were held at gunpoint.
Upon arrival, police spoke to three victims who stated a neighbor came to their door with two other males looking for an unknown individual and a phone that was left behind during a separate incident.
The suspects broke into the apartment by kicking the back door in and once inside began yelling and pointing guns at the occupants. The victims stated that one of the males displayed a silver handgun with a blue laser and another male had a black handgun. One of the males pointed their firearm directly at a male victim. The suspects repeatedly threatened to shoot each of the victims if they moved, screamed or didn't cooperate.
While interviewing a female victim, she repeatedly told the suspects to get out and that police were coming. The suspects disregarded her request and were yelling things such as, “I don’t give a fuc* about the police” and “I’m gonna shoot.”
Once the suspects could not locate the phone they left. Identities of at least one of the suspects is known to law enforcement. No further information is available.
