Driver Says 'Dealer Told Me' it was OK to have No Registration, No Insurance and No Inspection


A train derailed and collided with a garage on Seneca Avenue near 35th Street in Niagara Falls on Monday morning. The incident occurred around 8:15 a.m., according to a Niagara Falls police source.



The train, operated remotely by a CSX employee, veered off the tracks, went through a berm, and struck the rear part of a home's garage. Despite the dramatic nature of the accident, there were no reported injuries.



Multiple emergency crew units responded to the scene promptly to manage the situation and ensure the safety of the area.
