Two Hospitalized After Overnight Crash on Elmwood


Two individuals have been hospitalized following an overnight two-vehicle crash that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning on Elmwood Avenue, according to Buffalo police officials. The incident took place when a four-door Toyota, traveling westbound on Hinman Avenue, collided with a vehicle traveling northbound on Elmwood.

The crash, which transpired at approximately 2:15am, resulted in significant damage to both vehicles involved.



Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene and two occupants from the vehicle that was struck were swiftly transported by ambulance to Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) for medical treatment.


At present, there is no update available regarding their current condition. Buffalo police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. Authorities are working diligently to determine the cause of the collision and gather any additional information that may be pertinent to the case.
