Unhinged Male Threatens Female Who Just Had Vehicle Stolen, Causes Scene at 2am

Niagara Falls Police responded to the 2200 block of Michigan Avenue around 2:30am on July 15th after reports that a female had her vehicle stolen.

Upon arrival, police spoke to the complainant who stated her vehicle was stolen. While taking that report, an unhinged male arrived, exited his vehicle and approached the victim. The male was screaming that she was a “liar” and, in front of officers, threatened her physical safety.

Several surrounding neighbors exited their residences to see what was going on due to the male’s volume and vulgar language. He would not stop yelling despite requests by officers to do so. In fact, he explicitly told police he would not quiet down.
